On September 5, 2022, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has released its report, ‘nuclear, security and safeguards in #Ukraine 💀 🇺🇦’ , 52 pages of vain literature 🎼

The word shelling 💥 appears 52 times in that dishcloth, where nothing suggests that the Ukrainian artillery is pounding #Zaporojie nuclear power plant (#ZNPP) for weeks. While two United Nations inspectors 🤓 are still there, currently under fire.

The IAEA recommends a ‘safety and security protection zone’ around the plant, actually a #Russia-n 🇷🇺 retreat from the region, its rendition to the Ukrainian chain of command, which is precisely the goal of the Ukrainian shelling.

Le ‘machin’, the gizmo, that was how French general Charles de Gaulle was calling the United Nations, has simply approved the Ukrainian nuclear terrorism.
