Our US Govt and its CIA thugs and other official and extra-judicial ne’er-do-wells continually stir up chaos in countries south of the border.
The two-faced, forked tongue US Govt leaders attempt to starve, destabilize any country that does not allow wealthy US Govt sponsored individuals and/or corporations take whatever they want from the indigenous people everywhere — including Hawaii, right now.
Our highly educated leaders cannot stand the idea that the people they govern, at home and abroad, might choose and/or need a less corporate-oriented economic system in favor of a governing structure that focuses on the needs of the majority of its people who are much poorer than the relatively tiny minority of people who have all they need (though not all they want).
Sadly and destructively, our leaders have relied on word games and deceptions along with a complicit corporate media industry to rationalize all numbers of assaults on the nations that refuse to allow the US Govt and its “foreign interests” to employ might-is-right and ends-justify-means policies that allow US foreign interests to rape and pillage weaker nations without consequence.
Words such as socialism are used as accusations that only the US Govt way of existing and governing the world are acceptable. If a country tries to devote m ore resources to the most vulnerable, that nation is referred to in a derogatory manner as “socialist”.
Any nation that gets in the way of US imperial demands is considered a socialist country.
Once the US Govt tags a nation as “socialist” it employs whatever means necessary to destabilize that country, most notably by imposing sanctions to prevent necessities from reaching the people of those countries or by assassination and regime-change, chaos breaks out and people begin migrating to more stable countries.
The border wall being constructed along he southern boundary of the USA is but one more attempt to solve upstream problems downstream. It will end up costing everyone way more than would be necessary if the US Govt stopped interfering in the affairs of other nations.
Instead of destroying the peace in other countries — such as Venezuela, Ukraine and Hawaii — if the US Govt would apply some of its bloated military budget to helping less “developed” countries take care of themselves, then the new iron curtain would not be necessary.
