UT NOTE: Perfect example of official disinformation by innuendo without evidence. Desperation manifest in the face of truth. Their lies / propaganda have become so entrenched in their bubble / echo-chamber that the only way they can see going forward is to add to the lies / LIE by blaming Russia for their lies.
