When I first wrote “Slaughter Pen Texas” in 2021, I was describing the area between TexMed, the only private BSL-4 lab in the world in San Antonio, Texas, and the University of Texas Medical Branch, the WHO Collaboration Center BSL-4 lab in Galveston, Texas that seemed to project the TexMed diseases to countries that needed a good CIA overthrow.
