Why would a bio-lab run by a shady Chinese company be operating in Reedley, CA in the central San Joaquin Valley?
UT NOTE: How is it that US regulatory agencies (Homeland Security???) could lose track of a bio-lab, foreign-owned or otherwise, and its “products” and “supplies”.
