This situation is a good example of why the West needs laws that prevent people from having too much money/power. Would love to see that debate on C-Span.

People protesting against the so-called agents draft laws addressed the Government with 2 demands, which was voiced by the leader of Strategy Aghmashenebeli at the rally in front of the Parliament.
“We are giving exactly 1 hour to the carriers of Russian interests to make a statement that they will withdraw the Draft Law from the Parliament and release the people arrested yesterday, otherwise we will announce further steps.
“I appeal to Bidzina Ivanishvili from here – come to your senses and follow the Georgian will! Immediately withdraw this Russian law from the Parliament!” said Giorgi Vashadze.
