Russian users on Telegram discovered that Ukrainians were bragging about new shipments of HIMARS missiles the morning of the same day that 2 refugeee convoys were killed by Ukrainian missiles. On the left is a pro-Russian account and on the right is a pro-Ukrainian account.
The refugees were waiting in line to enter the Russian controlled regions before they were killed by Ukrainian missiles.
