Dr. Robert Malone, who helped develop the mRNA technology used inCOVID-19vaccines, is seeking $50.35 million in compensatory and punitive damages from The Washington Post for alleged defamation.
Malone, an outspoken critic of COVID-19 vaccines and countermeasures, on Aug. 19 filed alawsuitagainst the newspaper, owned by Jeff Bezos, in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
