S-233 is a bill written up in the senate. It is basically ubi (universal basic income). I don’t know if it has any chance of even passing in the senate and being sent to the house. I think it is a trial balloon to warm people up to the thought. I honestly think it won’t pass but I might be naïve. https://youtu.be/zOVR8gCCjfU
