Leftists Avoiding Accountability

With the continuing emergence of evidence proving that the COVID vaccines are dangerous, some of you are hoping or even predicting that government and government officials will ultimately be held accountable for the damages they brought on to us with their shots. Some of you are even calling for Nuremberg type criminal trials for those, like the lying Anthony Fauci, who have committed what surely are crimes against humanity. Unfortunately, though, the perpetrators of these crimes will mostly avoid being held accountable for their despicable actions.

Disclaimers

The leftists running Biden aren’t stupid. They’re evil, but they’re not stupid. They publicly state over and over again that the COVID vaccines are safe and effective. That’s what they say, and their Democrat media repeats it for them. But at the same time, they have also issued disclaimers that protect them from ever really being held accountable for their COVID vaccine crimes. Many point to the VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) reports as evidence of COVID vaccine dangers. After all, over 1 million adverse vaccine reactions including 23,000 deaths and 41,000 permanent disabilities have been reported through VAERS as of 1/28/2022. Since VAERS portrays COVID vaccines as dangerous, why doesn’t our Democrat government alter that data as they recently did with the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database? The answer is simple. VAERS serves as a COVID vaccine damage disclaimer for the federal government. In the end it will allow the shot pushers to claim that they were transparent with the public all along about possible vaccine dangers. The butt covering doesn’t stop there though. Fauci made sure that his was covered back in March of 2020 by telling the world that the vaccines could actually make things worse. Those of you not fully initiated into leftist duplicity can click right here to see that for yourselves. Don’t blame Fauci! He warned you! So Fauci is off the hook. He will ride off unscathed into the sunset as a multi-millionaire. And then there are the vaccine consent forms that were designed to protect government and Big Pharma. Here’s a typical example of a consent form that shot recipients are required to sign. It states, in part, that “I understand that it is not possible to predict all possible side-effects or complications which could be associated with the vaccine. I understand that the long-term side-effects or complications of this vaccine are not known at this time.” So, anyone who signed a consent form and took the shot presumably understood that the vaccine could possibly kill them. You were warned! Anyone who volunteered for vaccination has no recourse for any damages or even deaths caused by the shots. Those who took the shots because they were mandated to do so have a somewhat stronger case than those who volunteered, but still, any attempt for recourse will be an uphill climb.

Mandates

Those who took the shots in response to an employer mandate will argue that they signed their consent forms under the duress created by the threat of employment termination. Although this places them in a stronger position than those who were voluntarily vaccinated, any successful lawsuit would require that any injury or death is shown to be a direct result of a COVID injection. That all cause deaths have risen in correlation with the administration of COVID vaccines is highly informative but legally insufficient for the purposes of achieving vaccine damage accountability. Causation must be firmly established. Conditions such as Myocarditis, for example, are not frequently found in healthy young men, but they do occur. While skyrocketing rates of Myocarditis that have coincided with the vaccination campaign surely portray legitimate instances of vaccine injury, successful litigation would require that an individual proves that his case in particular was caused by a COVID shot. While perhaps not impossible, that would be quite a challenge. Furthermore, employers that mandated vaccinations will most certainly argue that they were following the guidance provided by the CDC and Fauci, and were therefore acting to protect their workers.

Political Liability

The radical leftists running our federal government do recognize that the truth about their COVID injections is coming to light. And they’re already moving to control the political damage that they have inflicted upon themselves. In fact, they began doing so back in December with Biden stating that “thanks to the prior administration and our scientific community, America was one of the first countries to get the vaccine.” Translation: “This isn’t my fault. Trump created the vaccines through Operation Warp Speed and besides, I was just listening to Fauci!” You tell me. Since when does Biden ever praise Trump? That wasn’t sincere praise. It was Biden trying to pin as much of the blame as possible for the vaccine mess on Trump. Think of that as Biden’s personal COVID vaccine disclaimer. Now we also see the Democrats gradually softening their positions on mandates. Look for that to continue with congressional elections scheduled for November. Nevertheless, the leftists and their Democrat party will pay a heavy political price for their COVID vaccine crimes, but that does little to benefit people killed or injured by the shots.
