People underestimate how sensitive they really are to common sources of EMFs – wifi routers, cell phones, and unfortunately, even cell towers that are pretty much everywhere.
The reality is that according to Dr. Magda Havas (and many other researchers), at least 33% of all people already suffer from mild to moderate symptoms related to electro-pollution: depression, anxiety, poor sleep/insomnia, headaches, skin issues, tinnitus, heart palpitations, and many more.
You probably know by now that my philosophy is all about reducing your overall cumulative exposure to EMFs. This is step #1 – and in my opinion the most important one most people overlook because it requires WORK.
Step #2 is making your body stronger, and helping it better cope with the unavoidable exposures that are now part of modern life.
It’s well established among researchers who study electro hypersensitivity that there’s a strong correlation between EMF-related symptoms and your toxic load. The more heavy metals and other environmental toxins that are accumulated in your tissues, organs, etc., the more likely you are to experience symptoms.
What can you do about it?
The first step is finding out how toxic/clean your body is right now. That’s why I’m encouraging all of my subscribers to take this heavy metal test to start 2022 the right way.
It’s an at-home test for heavy metals (which will help you determine your electrosensitivity risk factors).
If you’re wondering “how the heck would I have ever been exposed to heavy metals?”, you should know that heavy metal exposure is completely unavoidable in our toxic world!
There are over 30 toxic heavy metals that negatively affect your health and increase your electrosensitivity.
These metals are in the air, in tap water, in cosmetics… Many of them are even present in your food:
- Chicken
- Fish
- Eggs
- Juice
- Brown rice
- Root vegetables (carrots, potatoes, etc.)
- And much, much more!
If you eat any of these foods regularly, you should definitely take this test TODAY to find out your heavy metal levels (the test is still on sale for a very reasonable price).
Your diet and lifestyle could be increasing your electrosensitivity. Get tested for heavy metals (and key nutrients) and you’ll be able to make the necessary changes to move your health in the right direction this year.
I took Wendy’s test myself and loved how easy the entire process was. I’ll tell you more about my results in a few days 🙂
In the meantime, make sure to check it out and learn more about what the test entices:
