Internal terrain of an animal like a human being determines disease and disease response, and the external, environmental terrain — i.e., pollution — supports and/or stresses the internal terrain. This in contrast to “germ theory” which is the highly lucrative claim that there are invisible things in the environment that attack us and cause disease.
