The global crisis of leadership must be bypassed by focus shifting to small groups where survival from the environmenal and social impacts of greed and stupidity of the powers-that-be can be focused on developing resilience at a social cellular level. Self-reliance and self-responsibility must re-emerge on small, manageable scales
