NOTE: As we slip deeper into the summer dry season, I can say from first hand experience, that people in Oregon are fearful of the summer ahead. Wildfires are on our minds. Not quite as personal, tho there appears to be widespread awareness of the water shortages in reservoirs with competing needs between ecosystem survival and agriculture. This has the makings of a next level catastrophe, as the single largest area of the country that produces food is also in the midst of an historic drought. No water, no food. No food and the fight for toilet paper will be just one more Black Friday.
